The School of Nursing offers foreign students who want to come to the UDD the possibility of participating in courses; internships: Hospital Internship and theoretical-practical: Emergency Nursing whose objectives are to enhance the development of skills in the application of the care process in its different stages with emphasis on the execution and evaluation of nursing interventions.
Both courses depend on bilaterality between the students who are sent abroad and the students who receive the UDD School of Nursing. Therefore, they can be free of payment.

Students from partner universities who meet the academic requirements may apply to complete their hospital internship at the clinical facilities of the Universidad del Desarrollo.
They may also enroll in the theoretical-practical course “Emergency Nursing,” which is part of the fourth year of the nursing curriculum. This course aims to provide students with an understanding of the global context and setting of emergency care, offering a clear perspective on initial assessment and the knowledge needed to establish priorities in their practice.
