Master in Organizational Development and People Management
This program gives you tools to participate in management decisions of your organization providing solutions based on human capital.
The MDO prepares you for managerial decisions with a high impact on the results of your company and its work teams. Some of the tasks that you can take on:
Design and manage relevant human capital indicators for the results of your organization.
Guide organizational transformation processes.
Lead the design and execution of performance and talent systems.
Create management, supervision and team development plans.
– Be a graduate student enrolled in an Institution of higher education. – Have sufficient knowledge of the Spanish language to be able to attend classes in this language. – Possess a bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional title (8 semesters). – Accredit a minimum of three years of work experience since the degree.
Students interested in participating in an exchange at UDD must apply online by attaching the following documents:
