Is our continent a ship without direction where food becomes scarce? In this project, we evaluated our surroundings to face daily food waste in Chile, and compare it to what happens in Mexico.
For this, collaborative work between UDD and TEC students was promoted and based on the SDGs «Zero Hunger» and «Responsible Production and ConsumPtion». Students were divided in mixed groups (chilean and mexicans) to research about the realities of Chile and Mexico using a scientific focus and then contrasted them in a comparative reflection to give an answer and determine if it’s possible to reach these SDGs by 2030.
