In this COIL course, nutrition students from UDD and ITESO Mexico participated jointly with the objective of collaborating on the different references used for the nutritional assessment of healthy children and those with pathologies.
This collaboration was carried out through bibliographic research, synthesis, and presentation of the gathered information in an infographic published on the Padlet platform.
