During this COIL course carried out by 3rd year nutrition students from the UDD, together with students from the Tecnológico de Monterrey Medical School, they developed different educational methodologies for prevention and health care in Metabolic Syndrome, particularly in adults and pregnant women.
The students, divided into groups, sought and created various activities to encourage both prevention and clinical management of diseases such as dyslipidemia, diabetes in pregnancy, overweight and obesity, among others. In this way, they were able to create digital documents, accompanying notebooks, interactive videos and software with automated responses to the topics they had to address.
